Equity Residential had a great work environment and support system. Equity sold out of South Florida and I would like to work for the same type of company ans work ethics.

Cons

That Equity Residential is no longer in South Florida.

1. Great resources to further your career. 2. Training and workshops are carefully thought out. 3. Your voice is heard and taken into consideration. 4. I feel valued as an employee.

Cons

1. Pay needs to be more competitive. 2. First 2 leases are not counted and payed to you. 3. Most of upper management does not have an open door policy.
