      Pros

      Loved the learning tools provided by Equity throughout the whole first year of employment. Great pay rates! Good Benefits, nice apartments that make it easy to sell. Loved my time with EQR!

      Cons

      In the end, EQR pulling out of the Denver market, selling us away to another corporation was just sad.

      Great Experience, Great Learning, but Bad Managers

      Pros

      Equity has great training!! They have great recognition for hard work. The benefits are good. They promote work/life balance.

      Cons

      Most of the managers are not team players. It's not about what you know it's who you know to get promoted. Don't promote very many from within. The strong, personable, and hard working people of the company while I was there continued to leave one by one.
