Pros

Manage Student Housing near UNC. 70% annual turnover. Leasing begins in October every year. Work onsite with small staff. Great working hours.

Cons

High apartment turnover every year. Students are not very savvy when it comes to living on their own. Parents can be a headache! Silly work orders.

Pros

Great training programs, you are really surrounded by very capable people.Equity really knows how to choose the best of the best.

Cons

Although Equity really knows how to choose talented people, the job itself will drain you. Upper management can be very unresponsive especially if you are working onsite. It is frustrating because you are first in line for the residents to respond to. The company focuses on maximizing revenue and it doesnt matter how they do it.
