      You truly are part of their family working for EQR. They focus on their residents, customers, and employees as well as their share holders. They promote within, and base it on position longevity. They have an amazing sales training class with the best coaches teaching them.

      They set the bar so high that you'll always compare them to the next, but nobody ever comes close
