Pros

Great benefits, opportunity for advancement, employee engagement.

Cons

There are not many cons I can think of. They sold all properties in the Midwest which caused me to have to transfer, however they do offer open positions to current employees first so transfer options are great.

Pros

There is always opportunity for growth and moving up the ladder within the company. My work like balance is great. And management is hands on.

Cons

Leasing getting pretty slow in the colder months, but this is where packages pick up during the year.

Pros

Great benefits, good people, awards and quarterly bonus potential. Lots of training and classes offered. Great mid level regional managers.

Cons

Properties understaffed in office and maintenance. Hard to get time off for vacation in the summer months. Overtime not always allowed, even though the properties are understaffed.
