Pros

Fun, engaging sales meetings. Enjoyed working here while I did. They sold many of the south Seattle proerties but gave stay bonuses and severances.

Cons

Change is good, but allo w the on-site teams more leeway. Not waiving a late fee or allowed curtains things is hard in the business.

Cheap Rent, Lots of Locations, Ability to move up.

Cons

Hard for a male to move up in the company.

Pros

Offers great benefits behind just a biweekly paycheck. Work with great people. Properties are nice and well kept.

Cons

Many properties run on minimal staffing and to really be clicking with all clients we do not have enough staff.
