Great employees, good benefits, strong core company values, streamlined leasing processes, organizationally very strong, fast-paced environment highly suited for high energy people
Cons
Impossible workload, reactive upper management and very slowly reactive, touted core values not necessarily put into action, really rigid practices that often times seem illogical, promotion process is suspicious
