      Pros

      Very dedicated, loyal on site employees that take pride in their jobs.

      Cons

      Focus on efficiency and reducing payroll, has caused them to loose focus on customer service, training,recognition and the overall company culture has been lost. What makes this company successful are the worker bees at the properties. Upper management is nothing short of a good old boy network and popularity contest with no basis in performance or results.

      Pros

      The days off are great. Nice vacation time and personal time off. Holiday time off is nice also. There are lots of options such as stock, 401k and direct deposit

      Cons

      Poor management that give you lack of direction. The training for this company is far worst than any company I've ever worked with. The culture that they speak of is completely off. They are not open to any new ideas even if the existing ideas are costing them in the long run. In no certain terms, they seem to be out of touch.

      Pros

      Well managed company, leadership has excellent vision and executes well, good overall compensation and benefits package, the corporate office has a good working environment in a conveniently located downtown Chicago location.

      Cons

      Newer employees seem to have better upward mobility in the company, employees that have been with the company for longer periods of time tend to get stuck in their positions and undervalued.
