      Beautiful properties and assets. They accept pets

      Cons

      Upper Management sucks They charge people for every little thing that lives on the property wouldn't even have any resident relations parties as competitors do since they are so cheap High turnover in upper management i.e. regional, area, etc.

      Pros

      The stability of the company atracts and maintains alot of long-term employees. Senior leadership maintains a very high level of accessibility. There is great support in all areas of business- Capital Projects, Facilities, HR, Training, Marketing, Call Center, etc. Equity is the leader in multi-family real estate. Offers competitive salaries & excellent benefits.

      A company of over-achievers (if you consider that a con, be warned)

      Pros

      Good people to work with, nice properties to be renting out. Large company with plenty of room for growth if you start at the bottom (so to speak). Good benefits and a nice corporate structure with healthy and energetic management.

      Cons

      Rigid corporate structure, no room for being an individual or creating new roles (could be pro or con, I thought of it as a con). The slack job market forced them to consolidate heavily and squeeze work out of their LC's.
