Equity is a great company to work for

Pros

The culture at Equity is unlike any other company I have worked for. They truly care about their employees. Once you work for a company that takes the time to listen to the team you won't want to work any place else.

Cons

Staffing issues, however, this seems to be an issue at all companies. I wouldn't fault the company, it is the industry as a whole.
