I've been working at equity for a month now and have been thoroughly enjoying it. The entire interview process from applying to hearing whether I got an offer took about 5 weeks. After applying, I was connected with Keith Teresi and he was extremely helpful and transparent when it came to what the job consisted of, the benefits, the culture of the company, and so on. Overall the process was smooth/efficient and I was offered the role. I did 3 total interviews: the first 2 remote, and the final in the office.

Nice corporate office, fun gatherings, good benefits.

Cons

Office Attendance Policy is degrading and not flexible. No work/life balance. Unhealthy dynamics between managers and direct reports. Compensation left to unfit managers. Zero growth opportunities.
