      Pros

      The team members here are all willing to help each other and genuinely care about the company and their teammates. You will learn a lot working here. Innovation and change is constant and brings both challenges and opportunities.

      Cons

      It's a fast paced company that embraces change. I love that about Equity, but some may struggle with change.

      Pros

      Everyone in the company is very supportive and will always be on your team. Great environment, employees and room for growth! They are also huge on work life balance and encourage time away from work when it’s needed.

      Cons

      The commission is a little lower than some other companies.

      Great company for Diversity & Inclusion

      Pros

      I've been with Equity for over 5 years and excited for the future. Got hired as Service Manager and year later got promoted to a larger community. A year later, I was promoted to General Service Director of multisite properties. I've been recognised for living the ten ways and helping with initiatives outside my job role. I received a lot support my leaders that keeps me engaged and help me grow in my career. With Equity Residential your voice matters.

      Cons

      It's hard work but very rewarding.
