The culture and inclusiveness that Equity provides, fosters, and in real time welcomes and applies feedback has made my Equity journey thus far one unlike any other. I feel like I matter, and am apart of a nationwide property management family and team. I learn something new every day and love that every door at every property is always open to assist and help grow my professionalism,
