      Solid discount to live at different properties. Create friendships with team members. Understanding property management terminology

      Cons

      It’s all about who you know to move up. You have to give two week notice to get the raise you deserve. Careful with fake smiles around management. Do not waste time on receiving certifications as there is no raise or guarantee you will get promoted. RM dictates who they want living in their building.
