      Good starting company but pay is low compared to other companies. Benefits like healthcare and rental discount only perks.

      Pay is low compared to other companies. A lot of change with management and policies affecting staff and customers.

      Pros

      amazing company that truly cares about their employees. Great place to work, the teams are all amazing and always there to help each other. Company listens to employees ideas and really tries to make everyone feel involved .

      Cons

      rent increases are too much even though we are grateful for the discount I feel that employees should have more of a benefit when renewals come up.
