      Good with a few bad apples

      Pros

      Great comrade with some of the Equity employees, who also were faithful to Equity Values. Miss the part of helping future residents find their home and managing the current ones.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, someone who can be a bully can continue to be in a leadership role. I wish I still worked for the company, but between her unprofessionalism when dealing with a volatile situation.
