      A Great Chance To Learn All You Can

      Pros

      This company has a culture of promoting from within and development. If you want to grow a career in Property Management, this may be a good move for you! You define your own success.

      Cons

      Constant platform changes. They’re rolling something new out every couple of months. They seem to want to stand out among other companies but sometimes it can feel like a lot of time and energy is going into the wrong area. Commission structure also isn’t too great. Not a great work life balance in the summer

      I think they’re trying si that’s good but overall morale I think it’s low.

      Cons

      They made it harder this year to qualify for a discount on health care insurances. Virgin Pulse is a down side.
