      Pros

      Upper Manageemtn/Executives are actively involved in the day to day operations. They are incredibly approachable and make sure they are seen by their departments on a daily basis. The company culture is AMAZING! Never have I had an employer who was so open and flexible to employees opinions and suggestions. There is always something fun going on at work. The new facility is incredible. The cafeteria is so convenient and the free gym is a great perk!!!

      Fast paced environement- Can be a pro/con depending on your work style and ability to keep up with the changes

      I love working here. The building is modern and provides a great work environment Coworkers are social and friendly. Cafeteria with good food by Marigold Catering. Flexible with schedules (at least with salary employees) Challenging work Monthly free massages Free gym and various free fitness classes Free coffee/tea (English Breakfast, chai, green, chamomile, etc..) Next to Crocker Park (food/shipping) 4% 401k matching + discretionary match Annual Bonus

      Cons

      Tight deadlines My salary is low compared to industry average for position/experience but I intentionality did not negotiate. I REALLY wanted a job. Pay has increased since starting and looks likely to catch up.

      Pros

      Just built a brand new building that has a cafeteria, fitness center, and massage center. The company brought in top talent to strengthen the Executive Team that has changed the attitude and direction for the better. The focus is back on the employees and it is clearly showing through company sponsored events and actively seeking out advice from peers in different departments. We have been very impressed with the changes and progress made

      Cons

      Still little room for growth within the company. Better positions go to people outside the company instead of promoting from within.
