Pros

Fast growing, innovative company in Cleveland. New Exec team that appears to be reaching out more than in the past and is trying to make changes from the past. Will be moving to a new building in Westlake with better amenities.

Cons

Fast paced environment still over coming some of the challenges from past system conversion

Pros

I like working with the coworkers on my team and the benefits are good.

Cons

There are far too many cons to list them all but one of the major issues that I see with our department alone is the lack of regard that we are given as employees and the lack of communication that we are given is slim to none.

Pros

Some of the people you work with are really the only positive things about the job, but that's only some people.

Cons

You're expected to take call after call with barely any time in between. But during the few seconds you get between calls, you're expected to do a ridiculous amount of follow up work and research that really requires much more time and attention to detail than your offered. You supposedly get 2 hours of "not ready" time to spend off the phones to work on this research and follow up work but the minute you go not ready, you get messages from every supervisor working! Mind you, when you get a complicated call where assistance from a supervisor is needed, they're always busy and can't help, but somehow manage to have the time to follow when you're not taking calls to tell you to grab some. Then when clients call in rightfully upset and request a supervisor, they only rarely will take the call and in most instances instruct you to set up a callback that they never follow up on. They also have no problem talking negatively about the reps they are supposed to be assisting and supervising which is in my opinion is very unprofessional. They are also very rude and condescending the majority of the time. The processing and back office departments constantly make huge mistake that result in big problems for the clients and there is no support available to provide these clients. I have only been employed for about 7 months and there was just a new training class put on the phone, half the people from the newest class have quit and about 5 other people have quit or submitted 2 weeks notices. I have never been this stressed and unhappy at a job in my life and have never left a job in this short a time period but as far as I'm concerned, my time with this company has been far too long.
