      Pros

      Good retirement plan. HR tries their best to take care of the employees. Good opportunities to learn about ISO and its operations.

      Cons

      Had a life time lesson at ERCOT. It's a good place to be trapped in with low salary and no career advancement, at the same time working under supervisors who can be very political, abusing and do not have any personalities. Very few groups have work life balance, most don't have. Upper level managements are biased by the lies, do not take necessary actions to resolve these issues.
