Decent work life balance. Opportunity to learn almost everything about electricity and how it is run in the state of Texas.

Cons

Easy type of work. No pressure or major challenges. Compensation is not bad but compared to other ISOs, they pay the least. Located in Taylor, TX where there's little to no outdoor activity.
