been around a while. could be good if you know someone there.

Cons

They like to play favorites. If you know someone or are related to someone you will move along and up through the ranks quickly. Outsiders need not apply. The structure from this family centered oasis has dried up and become increasingly corporate. They operate how a union may operate until they dont. Until its time to move who they want.

Pros

Family oriented company. Great office to travel balance. Wonderful co- workers and bosses. Heath, travel, maternity leave, 401K, profit sharing, all HUGE benefits!! It doesn't matter if you work in the corporate office in Flowood, or at a facility states away, everyone is treated the same way! I would recommend this company to anyone.
