Working over the regulated hours of service, shift work, everyone makes the same wages no matter how many loads you pull and how few they do, medical benefits are shabby at best and cost a fortune, management playing favorites (the drivers that do less are the favorites, buddy's outside of work, you know how it goes) it causes alot of friction between drivers, knowing the people in the office down the street make more than you and have a sweet 40 hour work week and easy, relaxing days with no weekend work and no shift work. High turn over rate even for what you make hourly, that should tell you something. You drive tractor trailers and tri-axles places even 4 wheel drive trucks can't go. Nerves of hardened steel are needed.

Very inconsistent management. Too many chiefs and not enough indians. Managers have their "chosen ones" and if you aren't one, then don't expect to be given other opportunities within the company.
