The location is ideal for all kinds of after hour activities. No sales tax, Homes are reasonable, schools are very good. Two excellent hospitals and SOU is 25 miles away. The company is small enough to get to know just about everyone and the facilities are clean.

Cons

Rains allot, high employment and property tax.
