Working on life-saving, impressive helicopters which did what no other machine could do in the world

Company systems were antiquated, dogmatic, with little to no innovation

Pretty laid back. Tracked aircraft and studied or did classworkwhen no one was flying.

Cons

Can be boring when nothing is happening, but its a required position so someone has to be there in cases there is an emergency
