The organization has some cultural challenges resulting from the integration of Evergreen Helicopters and legacy aircraft fleet -- but, there's positive movement in a future at the organization -- it's just slow.

Sometimes the FAA can be a bit of a drag on projects, but we actually have a really great relationship with them.
