reasonable work load that can be managed.

Cons

No salary improvement. Salaries bellow market value. no growth opportunities unless you are involved in activities under the table highly Political environment, Leadership decisions reflect corruption promotions are not based on merits. Reorgs are very frequent and redundant middle management layers. Highly qualified people leave for other places.
