You can only get promoted within your team if someone above leaves (doesnt happen often), cost cutting at every corner.

Shockingly bad outsourced dispatch and field support teams. Managers having to pick up pieces but nothing ever changes because its cheap. Ageing field staff who do nothing but whinge and moan because they can't keep up with technology. 50% weekends spent working. Very low basic wage. Sometimes hitting 80 hours on a call out week just to get by, working late into the night. Waiting around constantly for other teams. Dealing with bad site provider relationships. Too much admin. Idiots everywhere.
