Flexibility, inclusiveness, promote work/life balance, good benefits

Cons

Very stuck on continuing with annual reviews and tying that with bonuses with such high targets that bonuses are negligible even when they are paid out, at least to lower pay grade roles.

For the role I had: long hours, regularly required to work nights and weekends in addition to office hours, impossible to take paid time off without working, poor work-life balance
