This company have a lot of papers wit HR campaigns, description of career growing, culture values, but is just paper, when you come inside, see is just misleading advertising.

As an employee that worked in different Ericsson sites, I can say Ericsson Bellevue - WA works as a separate company, not following ericsson's values. Work-life balance at this site is simply nonexistent. Managers treat you like you are doing something wrong if you are working from 8 to 5. And when we talk about managers, note that this place has a HUGE number of managers, almost one manager for each 2 employee and they still try to figure out why the company is facing a financial crisis. Managers treat employees like garbage, it is normal to hear around the office managers swearing bad words with employees or even laughing at failures. It is a very toxic place. Note: I only experienced it at Ericsson Bellevue - WA. The company it self is great! If you can chose, run from Bellevue!
