      Pros

      Ericsson provides wonderful benefits to their employees and has great people to work with. They also are very concerned with an making sure an employee maintains a balanced home/work life.

      Cons

      It appears they are becoming a software-heavy company, no hardware. Also, the new facility will be a very open concept layout - no cubicles or privacy; side by side co-workers.

      Pros

      The environment is challenging when you are working on projects that must deliver quickly. Your peers are some of the very brightest in the world and there is collaboration to get things completed. They are on the cutting line with new technologies.

      Cons

      You can be expected to work ALL of the time to meet the needs of the business. This is not as prevalent in other parts of the world, where //E office are located, where work culture demands a separation between work and life. The leadership is not too focused on real development of employees.
