Pros

Great benefits and 401K match that's rare (7% as long as the employee contributes 5%). Flexible work environment if you are in the right group.

Cons

Cliquish culture. People are ranked based on their knowledge and for years the bottom 10% was let go. This has created a culture where people don't want to share knowledge in fear someone will leap above you and claim your job. Things happen very slow here. Get used to it.

Good Place To Work But Unstable

Great pay and benefits for employees. Leading edge for new technology. Able to work from home or office. Flexible hours.

Cons

No work life balance. Projects run night and day 7 days a week at times. Upper management constantly restructuring. Ways of working change quarterly. Too many tools used daily to get work complete. Management conflict in lower levels due to poor communication from upper management about the constant changes in ways of working. Much US work going overseas so US jobs unstable.
