      All of the key talent in San Jose seem to be leaving the company

      Pros

      People are generally very personable, approachable, etc.

      Cons

      Despite its best efforts to incorporate some of the valley into its DNA, this is NOT a silicon valley company. Highly bureaucratic, people get placed in roles based on who they know as opposed to ability, dozens of Swedes have taken temporary assignments in key positions (so much for incorporating silicon valley ways of working), nobody is willing to take risks for fear of retribution if things don't go as planned, etc.

      Good benefits but seem to be getting worse with time.

      Cons

      Poor local management. Dead end position. Bullish management style. They feel it is better to threaten personnel's positions than to manage properly.

      Pros

      If your an FTE, its very stable, culture is fairly open - very little in the way of learning more about the company or what it does.

      Cons

      Cog in a machine, very hard to convert from Contractor to FTE, no real feeling of progress from day to day work, it always feels very hard to get things done.
