Pros

If you're working outside the Etisalat Egypt account, things are generally smooth

Cons

The management style is highly toxic in many departments. Very poor communication, lack of support, and a blame culture are common. The work environment can feel suffocating, especially with certain managers who are unprofessional and unempathetic. Not a healthy place for long-term growth or mental well-being if you're stuck with the wrong team.

Really Poor Recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience

Interview experience was enjoyable - but see 'Cons'.

Cons

Reached the very last stage of a senior position with Ericsson to be rejected by email - no phone call, no personal feedback - indeed I had to chase the TA recruiter for an answer 4 days after the date at which I was told the hiring decision would be made. Really poor experience.
