      Lots of politics. If you thrive in political environment, this is the right place for you. If your worth is your skillset and good work ethics, apply elsewhere.

      Beautiful campus, frequent events, process-oriented

      Cons

      Ericsson USA has lost its shine since mid 2011. They were under pressure to cut costs through offshoring. Engineers and solution architects were hired from India for fraction of the cost. As a result layoffs took place in the US especially when Ericsson’s profitability was questioned in 2017-2018. The Indian employees transferred to the US. Therefore, the company is now another Indian company with little to no Swedish influence. If you decide to join, do your homework of understanding what it is like to work in an Indian culture.
