      Pros

      If you are sweds and and friends of sweds You will be in the top! So time to change ! Here is more gender parity than equality, incompetent managers were put on driving the business in difficult days!

      Cons

      So many layers, so many VPs, so many directors. There is “Ericsson way of working” which is responsible for the poor performance. They rotate the same leaders every 2 years even you have failed in delivering commitments. Innovation and new ideas are not promoted at all!

      Large multinational company operating worldwide

      If you're not Swedish and/or located in Sweden, forget it - they believe in the Swede-centric "if it's not done here it's not right" Lazy culture, more focused on coffee breaks and consensus than teaming, collaboration and quality Too much process for the sake of process - doesn't move anything forward or make it better

      Great pay, benefits. Super co-workers and team atmosphere

      You WILL BE off shored. Sad but true. Students from down south are taking my job. They know nothing about wireless or any tech for that matter. They use you up and spit you out. TWICE!
