Pros

Opportunity to work with highly qualified mentors and managers, and also interact with very talented minds across the globe. Competitive salary package. Demanding job , not any mundane work. Suits people who wants to be challenged.

Cons

Organizational structuring is bad. Should not be clubbed with service sector. Hr policies need to be reframed to suit market standards.

Good Flexibility of work, Works in Agile methodology, Good work life balance. provides regular training to keep employees updated with latest technologies.

Cons

Too much process, takes time out of productive work. Very less onsite opportunities if you are working on a core product. Separate team for customer engagement

In INDIA , Karnataka is the worst place to work in Operation team ( Field Operations) Worst people are working as a Managers. Only Politics . FM lead is looking for a boot licker as his subordinates. As he has some of the boot licker he is using them as a spy to know the activities and conversation about him from non boot licker. He often shows his loyalty in meeting . Making politics between the team is his main job. No friendly aproach among the team. Politics Politics people are as a managers in FM. Permanent enimy is Planing team. No work life balance. No career growth since the manager and some of the people are in the same position long time. So no future growth. Only boot licker will get good increment.
