Large trust in employees. Interesting products and projects if you enjoy high tech

Some lousy management culture. Really bad travel policies i.e. economy all over the world even on director level.

- decent work environment - reasonably well-staffed, no insane overtime requirements

Cons

- major layoffs every year make it rather stressful - benefits that were there when I signed up for this job continually get taken away - salary less and less competitive every year - some of the tools and processes used are antiquated and the company is very slow to change. A lot of money and time is wasted because of this and it causes a lot of frustration.
