      Good benefits, excellent working environment, excellent personnel, opportunities to move and work in other countires

      Cons

      Strong cultural base which is hard to grasp initially for new employees that have been acquired through acquisitions or new hires that are not accustomed to international business methods.

      NO true advancement opportunities in certain departments, unless you are friends with the right people. In certain departments, when you are hired in, you do not advance in your career, you will sit in the same position the entire time you are with the company. If you do an outstanding job and know what you are doing, you will never leave the department unless you quit...and good luck making a decent amount of money, you will be paid less than others doing your same job.
