      supporting managers, nice people, appreciate hard efforts, managers doors are always open to listen to you (if they have their own room which I haven't seen this in any office yet). warm environment to keep you motivated

      the typical problems that you can face in big companies, there re lots of people with lots of attitudes and behaviors which you may not like it very much.
