Pros
It's a really nice environment to start a career, with encouraging colleagues. Training sessions are held like as in a class - gives back the college environment feeling. Also accompanied with a good salary competent enough in the market.
Cons
Not really good in terms of broadening your work arena. Work seems concentrated to a bare section and requires an ample amount of time to switch across your places of interests.
