      Great place to work, with plenty of opportunities to develop your career and to grow. You always have the possibility to learn new things and interact with different cultures

      Cons

      Is quite a big company handling pretty complex worldwide processes that causes slow action taking in some cases and makes difficult to react quickly to some customers requirements.

      Pros

      Ericsson has a friendly atmosphere and it is a good place to work at. A reliable company. You get opportunities to improve your knowledge and skills, also to advance your career. You are also supported in professional/scientific/research activities.

      Cons

      At times we work under great pressure and then it is challenging to keep the work-life balance. The salary is good but somewhat below the industry standards.

      Pros

      Respect to employees and many opportunities to move around in the organization. Employees have a lot of freedom to define the scope of work load.

      Cons

      It is very slow in changes and life cycle, aged organization consistance. Job responsibilities are cut into very small pieces so that everyone has limited view and works in a silo.
