      Excellent technical challenges to work on new technologies.

      Cons

      Information sharing is the biggest problem. I have digged this out after several weeks, no one helped me, so, I remember this, when it is your turn now, you dig too, do your own research, why should I help you, that kind of attitude. This wastes company's time and money and management is aware of this, but, turns a blind eye to it, because they can buy time to stretch the schedules.

      1. Great easy going company. 2. Flexible hours - and possibility to relax and work from home at times. 3. Interesting and challenging technology 4. A lot of travel.

      Cons

      1. Not very transparent (Employees don't have much clue on what management is doing) 2. You could be stuck in a position for a long time - Hard to move around within the company. 3. Difficult to adapt to the new US ways of working. 4. Companies is slowly becoming picky and too cost aware. 5. Environment is going away from "team work" and more towards individual work.
