      Very organized, skilled and considerate managers. Company training is excellent and probably the best worldwide. Very good opportunities to expand your technical knowledge and skill (if you desire). Opportunity to be on the bleeding edge of technology. Exciting environment.

      You are just a speck in the grain sack. Some employees do not take responsibility

      Pros

      Ericsson is a balanced environment that provides high job satisfaction combined with sense of achievement in working towards a big vision. Colleagues/management have high respect for each other and social values. It gives the sense of large family.

      Cons

      As in typical large companies focused on service provider segment, decision making takes longer. People who worked in small company environment would need some tuning to settle in, but this is a long haul journey.
