      Company where you would want to work forever but not the company from where you would want to start working.

      Pros

      1. Company has great work culture and job stability. 2. This is the telecom giant and we get to work in all sorts of projects. 3. Opportunities of internal mobility to expand our knowledge and competence are ample. 4. No doubt, the compensation and hike is one of the best in industry.

      Cons

      1. For a fresher, this company won't prove to be a very good company to start with because here the work is not so challenging and the processes are very much simplified by automation so learning is quite less. 2. Due to work from all parts of the world, there is shift system as well.

      1) Good work Life Balance - Flexible work hours, WFH option 2) Standard Pay across all employees based upon experience and capabilities, 3) Good Processes & policies 4) Helpful colleagues and up to date technologies used in projects, 5) The company has trust on its employees which in turn indicates a good job security and positive outlook even in the hard times the industry is going through. 6) Excellent for gaining telecom domain knowledge

      Cons

      1) Joining process is quite slow compared to any other A grade company I had exp with, 2) Not that great facilities@workplace compared to peer product companies . 3) People in the experience range of 1-8 years in general falls in the same career band .
