      Pros

      Ericsson in the best company to learn everyday... however, the enviromet of Ericsson is very nice.

      Pros

      International opportunities are enormous and if you are a talent, you will be targeted. The global presence and the dynamics is really the good side of it. You'll meet a lot of interesting people (mostly senior these days), which can support your career progression if they/you're up for it.

      Cons

      Engineering culture. Some departments are quite slow, avoid these. Everything is process focused and structured, especially in the back end (product management, sourcing, supply) which is advantageous for some, but inhibits creativity for others. The three business units are quite different though. A lot of gray-haired managers. Experience is what counts.

      Pros

      It's a big and a very reputable company. It's the market leader in the telco Industry. Respected by the industry as a company with strong products and services. Very structured way of working and process. Scope and responsibility is clearly defined.

      Cons

      It's big organization in nature with alot of bureaucracy.
