      Well-functioning processes Good structure and decisionmaking at right level, no micro-management. Good mix of decisionmaking freedom and follow-up on responsibilities

      Cons

      Might feel too big sometimes. Sometimes hard to say if you really know the company overall strategy and that your work is contributing to the bottom line.
