      Pros

      Ericsson has a culture of bringing in good people. I haven't sensed anyone toxic, everyone seemed good to me as far as I can tell. Work/life balance really depends on your role I guess. Overall I felt I had good enough balance, just need to keep the pace, and plan smart. There may be days you need to work extra, but overall it's manageable. Pay is good, but you won't be spoiled here like fang companies.

      Cons

      Too many pointless meetings. Employee stock purchase isn't so great, I think they only cover currency conversion fees or something. You might meet a few people you may wonder how they even got the job, but this is rare. Ericsson is laying off lately, I'm not sure how stable it is for work in the near future.

      Pros

      Ericsson really has a great culture. Almost everyone you work with here will really be an individual that is interested in your overall well-being and career satisfaction. They invest a lot into employee resource groups, benefits, etc.

      Cons

      Most initiatives die here. If you have a great idea, this is not the place to get traction and see the idea mature into a product. Management decisions are slow, people work in silos all the time.
