      Large company bureaucracy. Very cyclical business cycles lead to constant re-organizations.

      Pros

      Friendly work environment, some efforts are made to promote more women into senior management, very diverse employee base

      Cons

      Too much process and governance. They are trying to eliminate some of the hassle, but they keep placing the wrong people in the wrong executive roles. Because of this, they are not able to simplify and increase their bottom line. A layoff can come at any time without any warning, if the corporate office decides to make changes on the fly.

      Weak management team who are followers rather than leaders. The Swedish giant should show some respects to the American culture when slicing the eagle.
