Very good place to work for engineers, focused and engaging, but management has amateur skills.

Pros

Very good place to work for engineers, focused and engaging, results oriented. Especially good during formatuve years, as they provide good training and soon practice to help build professional engineering skills.

Cons

Unfortunately enough for the good engineering workforce, management is often populated with overpromoted engineers that struggle heavily with the Peter's Principle syndrom.

Pros

Flexible working time. Respect human right. Pressure not high. Good salary good supplement payment Good carrier development path for every employee.

Cons

Too large and process not so efficiency. Some Orientation structures are not good and so that so small problems are very hard to solve.

Great company as a whole, the Atlanta office hasn't caught up to the greatness of the whole though.

Pros

General atmosphere of the office is upbeat. Amazing health and medical benefits. Plenty of opportunities to suggest and implement new ideas and processes. Most employees that do go above and beyond the normal "work day" do so because they want to, not because they have to. Very few employee terminations on average.

Cons

Salary compensation is still behind the average. Yearly review compensation in the past have been based off Senior Management for the department, not employee review, this is supposed to change this year. Due to this being a newly acquired office, very few standards and good practices in place, too many "stop-gap" measures from small company thinking in place.
